How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us first. Call or WhatsApp +92 300 237 4059 within 48 hours of identifying a fault. Do not attempt to open or repair the unit yourself as this voids the warranty.
  2. Provide your order details. Share your order number, product model, and a brief description or video of the fault. This helps us fast-track your claim.
  3. Assessment. We will coordinate with the manufacturer's technical team to assess whether the fault is covered under warranty.
  4. Resolution. Depending on the assessment, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or manufacturer service visit. Most claims are resolved within 7–14 business days.

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
  • Damage from overvoltage, lightning, or power surges not related to the product
  • Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or removal of warranty seals
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Products used outside their specified technical parameters
