How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us first. Call or WhatsApp +92 300 237 4059 within 48 hours of identifying a fault. Do not attempt to open or repair the unit yourself as this voids the warranty.

Provide your order details. Share your order number, product model, and a brief description or video of the fault. This helps us fast-track your claim.

Assessment. We will coordinate with the manufacturer's technical team to assess whether the fault is covered under warranty.

Resolution. Depending on the assessment, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or manufacturer service visit. Most claims are resolved within 7–14 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or accidents
- Damage from overvoltage, lightning, or power surges not related to the product
- Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or removal of warranty seals
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Products used outside their specified technical parameters
